What are the charges for key holding services?

As our client your security is our main concern and we aim to provide a high quality of customer service and overall safekeeping of your premises keys and codes. As other companies may keep your keys in a vehicle we adopt a more secure approach locking away your keys at a alarmed and manned site. Your keys will be marked and coded giving no external reference to the address of your premises.
What will happen at the initial interview?
Following a brief appointment a member of our experienced SIA vetted team will visit your premises and conduct a site safety inspection and a risk assessment to ensure your security needs are customized to your individual requirements. This ensures that whenever a member of our team attends your site all health and safely aspects have been followed. To date we have an excellent attendance record.
On completion of the necessary checks we will obtain a set of you keys and you must notify your alarm monitoring station of Yorkshire Keyholding Ltd details. We will advise you on the best way to approach this.
Will you be subject to Government regulations?
Of course, we confom to SIA regulation and control which is part of a government body. The SIA oversee legislation regarding vetting, training and standards within the security industry

What occurs if my premises have been damaged?
Yorkshire Keyholding Ltd will re-secure your premises and reset your alarm. We can obtain the services of the following

- Glaziers
- Alarm Engineer
Yorkshire Keyholding Ltd will only contact you in the event of severe damage, unless you specifically request contact on every incident.
